Stephen Raskin, AIA, NCARB Principle, Director of PK-12 Education at FGM Architects.
Steve Raskin
leads projects through all phases of project development, including facility assessments, master planning, community engagement, educational programming and design of both new and renovated facilities. Raskin works with many Missouri school districts in the application, design and construction of federally funded FEMA safe rooms. He is a Certified Practitioner with Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and directs FGM Architects Resilient Design Committee.  Steve integrates elements of sustainability, resilient design and safety/security in the planning and design of projects at FGM Architects and believes every decision made during the design process must be evaluated on how it directly affects the ability of students to learn in the classroom.
