In-Depth Seminar
Sustainability in Construction Administration
Presented in partnership with Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) – Greater St. Louis.
Join USGBC-MGC and CSI Greater St. Louis for a lunchtime program on sustainability in construction administration! The presentation will kick off with a discussion on creating construction administration documentation that incorporates both sustainability and LEED requirements as well as successful document submission. Attendees will then examine best practices for educating the construction team, site procedure impact, and record keeping from a contractor’s perspective. Presenters will use the LEED Gold Washington University Olin Business School expansion as a reference point throughout the presentation. The expansion was completed in spring 2014 under an aggressive 20-month schedule for which Tarlton served as construction manager and William Tao & Associates as mechanical engineer.
