In-Depth Seminar Rainwater Harvesting Case Study

Mary Institute and Country Day School captures rainwater in a 10,000 gallon storage tank, where it is held before being utilized in plumbing fixtures throughout the school. This session will begin with an overview of the system and associated resource savings, followed by a discussion of the day-to-day operations/maintenance, then touching upon construction and cost considerations, and end with a tour showcasing the holding tanks. Integration into curriculum will be touched upon as well.
