LEED V4: A View From the Dumpster

Presented by Lawrence Lile, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CEM, QCxP

Part of Sustainapalooza

The Midwest is blessed with open space and low tipping fees, which means that it is easy to overlook where our generated residential and commercial waste ends up. Despite this, many contractors and owners are looking for ways to divert materials from our landfills – through reuse, recycling and smart planning.

Join us for a presentation on Construction & Demolition requirements in the next version of LEED. How have the requirements changed? What has remained the same? What does and Architect, Construction Professional or Construction Administrator need to know to make Construction Waste Diversion successful? What strategies have been used in the past? Who can provide services related to Construction and Demolition waste diversion?

Submitted for 1 GBCI CE Hour and 1 AIA/CES CEH

Jointly presented by USGBC-MGC Mid-Missouri Branch and Mid-Missouri AIA
