Electric vehicles are now ready for prime time and automakers worldwide are investing billions of dollars in new electric vehicle options. Get an overview of the fast-growing EV marketplace, including EV history, car manufacturers and models, and benefits of electric drives.
Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE), commonly known as "charging stations," are an important part of the marketplace yet there is general lack of understanding about many considerations that should go into a well-designed installation. We'll cover the different types of charging and the design, installation, and operational considerations you should consider.
And thinking about our future, we'll dive into the topic of how buildings can best accommodate autonomous vehicles that are probably coming sooner than you may realize.
Additionally, you'll learn what Electrify America and the State of Missouri are doing with the funds from the VW settlement issue related to diesel emissions.
